"My son (now 11 months) LOVES his elephant nightlight. When we put him on the changing table in the morning, he usually screams, but when I give him his nightlight, he happily plays with it (and tries to eat it). It is quite bright, which is great for middle-of-the-night feedings or trying to find a pacifier in the crib. However, we felt it was a little bright for sleep, so we actually put it under the crib where it can cast a glow in the room without shining in the baby's eyes.
My husband has 1 objection to this light. He has always been very sensitive to blue LEDs - for some reason they give him migraines - and this light is no exception. We have been using the green color instead, and that has been fine.
The changing colors setting has some really nice colors, and I wish there were more options other than red, green and blue for the constant colors."
